Opening of the heart… Breathing again… Expansion… Allowing ourselves to be who we truly are…

We may let go of who we truly are and how we want to express ourselves into the world in order to please and/ or accommodate another person by not triggering their own wound related to not allowing themselves to be who they truly are… But this unfortunately always ends up backfiring on us as this is not a way for anybody to live their own life. Nobody is meant to play small and/ or diminish their own light in order to accommodate others.

We are meant to express and be who we truly are. There are no excuses for not being that. When we are allowing ourselves to be who we truly are energy flows through us freely and we are feeling at peace with ourselves as everything seems to happen easily and effortlessly.

When we don’t do that all types of energy blockages may start appearing and manifesting in various ways, first in gentle ways but in the long term they may manifest as physical symptoms in order to bring what is buried within the unconscious into conscious awareness.

Noëlie is a French artist who currently lives in Bordeaux. She is self-taught and developped her own style through experimenting with colours, textures and forms. She started experimenting with oil painting around 2004 and then acrylic in 2015. She is also a life coach as well as an intuitive & spiritual healer and enjoys to share her own personal healing journey and insights through her paintings.
